STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN
This class is for our pre-intermediate through advanced dancers interested in going the extra mile with taking care of their bodies and their muscles in proper ways. Stretch and Strengthen is great for being proactive against injury prevention, but also great for dancers working past injuries as well. This class uses some pilates movement. It's great for working on balance for pirouettes, flexibility, and agility to raise height for jumps and leaps.
Wear clothes to show off your lines that are tight fitted and comfortable to move in that don't restrict your range of motion. Hair must be pulled away from face. Dance warm ups may be worn only until your muscles are warm. It is suggested that coverups be worn to and from class to help keep our dancer's modest and muscles warm. Never enter or leave the studio in only your dance attire. Barefoot.
